This Privacy Policy explains how Vizual Stems LLC ("Vizual Stems," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use vizualstems.com and related services (the "Service"). It applies to visitors, account holders, subscribers, guests, and viewers.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information such as name, email address, password credentials, and profile details.
- Billing information processed by our payment providers, including plan, transaction records, and limited card metadata. Full payment card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Vizual Stems.
- Support communications, feedback, and information you submit in forms.
- Content you create or upload, including broadcasts, recordings, chat displays, images, overlays, and files.
Information collected automatically
- Device and connection data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and general location inferred from IP address.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, session times, error logs, performance metrics, and stream diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics.
Information from third parties
- Streaming destination integrations you authorize, which may provide account identifiers, channel information, and connection tokens.
- Payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and analytics providers.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information and ask that you do not submit them through support channels.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate accounts and secure the platform.
- Process subscriptions, payments, renewals, and refunds.
- Deliver broadcasts, recordings, and integrations you request.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor performance, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
- Send administrative, transactional, and service messages.
- Send marketing messages where permitted, subject to your ability to opt out.
We do not sell personal information for money. If any activity qualifies as a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable state law, we will provide the disclosures and opt-out mechanisms those laws require.
3. How we share information
We share information only as needed and with appropriate safeguards:
- Service providers who host infrastructure, process payments, deliver media, provide analytics, send email, and support the Service under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
- Streaming destinations and integrations you authorize, according to their own privacy practices.
- Other users when you choose to display content publicly, invite guests, or broadcast.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of personal information.
4. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce agreements. Recordings and stored media are retained according to plan limits, account status, and applicable settings. When a retention period ends, we delete or de-identify information using reasonable measures. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and guest links.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal a decision about a request.
Signed-in customers can submit and track access, correction, deletion, and appeal requests in the Privacy Center. You may also email support@vizuallive.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where retention is legally permitted or required.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect authentication and core features. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link; transactional and account messages will continue.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and account holders must be 18 or older. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information may contact support@vizuallive.com.
8. International transfers
We operate in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual protections.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, technology, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance.
