Copyright and DMCA Policy

Vizual Stems LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how we respond to copyright complaints about content produced, stored, or transmitted through the Service.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for having all rights, licenses, and permissions needed for the content you broadcast, record, display, or distribute, including music, video, images, trademarks, and performances. Vizual Stems does not clear rights on your behalf.

2. Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a written notice using the copyright report form or by email to support@vizuallive.com. A complete notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it, such as a URL, channel name, broadcast date, or timestamp.
• Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay processing. Knowingly submitting a materially false claim may result in liability, including costs and attorney fees.

3. Our response

When we receive a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the affected user, and provide that user a copy of the notice. We may also end a live session where the complaint concerns an active broadcast.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

• Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and to accept service of process from the complaining party.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material as permitted by law unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed an action seeking a court order.

5. Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Severe or willful infringement may result in immediate termination.

6. Trademark and other rights

Complaints about trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property may be submitted to support@vizuallive.com with a description of the right, the material at issue, and your contact information.

7. Designated agent

Vizual Stems LLC is in the process of registering a DMCA Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and will publish the agent's contact details here once registration and a professional agent service address are in place. Until then, copyright complaints should be sent through the channels listed above.
