Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Vizual Stems, including account holders, hosts, guests, and viewers. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create, upload, stream, store, or distribute content that:
- Sexually exploits, endangers, or sexualizes a minor in any way.
- Depicts non-consensual sexual activity or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence.
- Incites or threatens violence against a person or group.
- Promotes hatred or harassment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status.
- Facilitates human trafficking, exploitation, or illegal drug or weapons sales.
- Contains malware, phishing, or material designed to compromise systems or steal credentials.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
- Discloses another person's private information without lawful authority.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to scam viewers.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Impersonate another person, brand, or organization.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or target another user.
- Manipulate viewer counts, engagement metrics, or platform signals.
- Circumvent plan limits, access controls, rate limits, or enforcement actions.
- Share credentials or guest links to evade authorization controls.
- Use the Service for unlawful surveillance or secret recording where consent is required.
- Resell, sublicense, mirror, or scrape the Service without written permission.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Technical limits
You must operate within the plan limits, bandwidth, storage, participant, and concurrency allowances disclosed for your subscription. Excessive or abnormal load that degrades the Service for others may be throttled or suspended.
4. Reporting violations
Report violations to support@vizuallive.com, including the channel or broadcast, the date and time, a description of the issue, and any supporting links or timestamps. Copyright complaints should use the copyright report form described in the Copyright and DMCA Policy.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action that is reasonable under the circumstances, including:
- Removing or disabling content.
- Ending a live session.
- Limiting features or reducing access.
- Suspending or terminating an account.
- Preserving or disclosing information where required by law or valid legal process.
Where practical we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue, but urgent action may be taken without advance notice when necessary to prevent harm, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the Service. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
